Strengthen Your Vision At SportEyesite.com

sporteyesiteEveryone knows that when you are skiing down a slope, you should be looking a bit down the hill and anticipating what might come up next, like rocks, trees and free-heeling hippies. And much like any sport, you need to process that information and be able to react quickly to avoid such obstacles. Many people say when you are approaching an obstacle, you want to look where you want to be going…instead of right at the obstacle…to be able to smoothly ski around it. This seems to be true with a lot of fast moving sports and needless to say, depending on how fast you are going/skiing, there is a lot of information that one must process and absorb in a short period of time.

Fortunately there are some exercises we can do with our eyes to increase their “seeing power” and overall speed information travels from our eyes to our arms, feet, body…whatever. SportEyesite.com is a website that incorporates visual drills into our training program and can help increase our ability to do all of things and more or less, slow things down so we can process and react to what we are seeing. Through repetition, the drills combine fast moving objects with information that we must “see” and scores you on your result.

SportEyesite.com allows you to try some of the drills for free…so it’s worth checking out at the very least. To start off, they recommend doing 20 minutes of exercises per day for the first 20 days…then back off to every other day after that. I thought using the mouse instead of the keyboard worked best for me.   It’s also guaranteed, so if you don’t feel like you are benefiting from the exercises…you can get your money back.  Can’t beat that!
