Props to my bro Greg Hill on his one-day ascent and descent of Mont Blanc, Europe’s highest peak, on May 2nd of this season. Greg was only in Chamonix for four days, but scored the big prize by teaming up with some serious rando’ers and nailed the 12,000′ climb in a killer one day ascent…from town. Add the fact that Greg also carried the video gear and documented the whole journey, and you can imaging that it must have taken some serious effort. Nice one Greg!
In light of Greg’s effort, be sure to watch the entire video…because
the biggest inspiration comes at the very end.

Sweet looking snow for May 2nd. Might even be worth lugging the “big” skis for that descent.
I did ski it with big skis, it was awesome, my partners though chose much smaller skis and gear. It looked worth it but I loved my turns.
Big skis meaning those G3 Tonics? Good on ya Greg!
did they look like tonics? take a closer look.
