SuperFly Energy Drink Tablets

Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve been loving my Nuun for the last month or so and it does a great job of keeping me hydrated.  But, sometimes I’m looking for a little kick in the pants to keep me going on those long days.  A lot of the time I will pack a RedBull with me and drink it at opportune times, like when starting to boot up a couloir or when going for a 10,000+’ day skiing the powder.  This works great for day trips, but I’m not about to carry multiple RedBulls for multiple day trips.  Enter…SuperFly Energy Drink tabs.

I ran into these guys down at Outdoor Retailer and the rep slipped me a sample.  Like other portable (tablet style) energy drinks, you drop one of these puppies in 16oz of water and wait a couple minutes.  The thing about SuperFly is that it packs a punch with ingredients like taurine, guarana and caffeine, and will for sure get you going when your legs start felling like dead weights.  SuperFly comes in three flavors, Orange Squeeze, Fruit Punch and Citrus Kick, which tastes nearly identical to the RedBull flavor.  At $4.99 for 6 tablets, that’s way less than what you pay for the canned stuff.  It’s sugarfree too!  These things may be hard to find at your local shop, so if you want to get some, check them out online!
