Well, I’ve been down in SLC for about 18 hours and I’ve seen Chris Davenport’s Ski the 14er’s slideshow, had sushi and too much sake, gone bowling, and seen a new pair of Black Diamond skis for next season. Today, we get the full court press by the BD posse as well as get a real good look at the much anticipated boots due out next season. ??? ???????? ????????????? ????????????? VIP-?????????. ?????? ?? ??????????? ????? ????? ?????? ???????? ???????????? ??????, ?????????? ????? ? ?????? ? ???????????? ????????. ????????? ?????? ?????????? ????????????? ??? ?????? ?????? ?? ??????. ??????? ???????? ?????????? ?????????? ?? ????????? ? ?????? ??????? ?? ?????? ????????, ?? ? ???????? ??? ?????????? ????????. Should be interesting.
Didn’t Davenport just announce he’s skiing for Kastle? How’d that go over with BD? Or is he still with them for climbing gear?
He was on Salomon skis…not BD tho….so a ski change prolly does not matter too much
Make sure you have your spycam, and get a couple of shots of the new boots!
Chris is w/ Kastle now and is the Marketing Ambassador for Kastle now. His is w/ BD for other aspects of skiing and mountaineering.
Saw and tried on the boots…might ski them tomorrow (some new skis too). Not allowed to publish photos…yet. Sorry!
How about some info on the BD boots at least? Are they all Dynafit compatible? They use an overlap design instead of a tongue, right? Fit, stiffness, weight etc? Bored at work gear geeks everywhere (at least here) are dying to know!
